What we do
These seasonal workshops are all about taking time out on a Sunday morning to soak up some yoga goodness and recharge. This workshop celebrates winter, as nature turns her efforts back down into the soft earth. Now is not the time to strive for sunlight and push new growth, but to squirrel away your energy, one acorn at a time. Winter teaches us to turn inward and let your cup fill.

● What do I bring?
Yoga mats are provided, just bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable stretchy clothing.
● I gave birth recently, can I still join?
Yes, this is a gentle yoga workshop appropriate for new mums who gave birth at least 7 weeks prior.
● What if I’m pregnant?
Yes you are most welcome. Poses are adapted to your specific needs during pregnancy. Come and join us for a morning of restoring yoga.
